AI BUSINESS COACHING FOR SME OWNERS
Human-led. AI-leveraged.
Based in Auckland, working with business owners across New Zealand and internationally.

Real-world AI coaching. Real business implementation. Observable change.
Your business still depends on too much information living in your head.
You are repeatedly answering, deciding or creating things the business should already know.
Your team needs too much access to you to keep work moving.
You are using AI, but it feels fragmented rather than embedded.
You want to automate more without losing visibility or control.
You need more capacity for strategy, clients, leadership and growth.
You want AI to strengthen your judgement — not quietly replace it.
My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, business operations and practical AI integration.
01
Identify where time, attention and decisions are being lost.
We look for repeated work, owner dependency, knowledge bottlenecks, unclear handovers and decisions that are continually being remade.
02
Simplify what is repeated, unclear or trapped inside your head.
Clarify what the process needs to do, what information it needs and where human judgement still matter
03
Embed AI around your real goals, language, clients and operating context.
AI stops being a generic tool and becomes useful infrastructure.
04
Define what AI can support and what remains yours to decide.
Your judgement.
Your values.
Your relationships.
Your responsibility.
“AI becomes part of the infrastructure. You remain the author.”
Repeated work stops demanding fresh thought.
What currently lives inside you becomes accessible to the people and systems that need it.
AI gives you context and options. You remain responsible for judgement.
Processes, handovers and recurring tasks become less dependent on your involvement.
You create more space for strategy, relationships, innovation and the work that genuinely requires you.
That is what intelligent leverage should do.
I do not measure success by the number of tools installed or prompts created.
I look for what changed in the way the person and the business operate.

My approach to AI coaching is not being developed from the sidelines.
Every week I work directly with business owners and leaders navigating real AI adoption: where it helps, where it creates friction, where people get stuck, and what actually creates sustained behaviour change.

ABOUT TABITHA LEONARD

I began my career as a synthetic chemist, moved into education and leadership, and now coach SME owners and leaders internationally around performance, business operation and practical AI adoption.
That combination matters.
Because AI implementation is rarely just a technology problem.
It is a thinking problem.
A behaviour problem.
A workflow problem.
A leadership problem.
And increasingly, it is a question of who remains responsible for the thinking.
I help clients gain meaningful leverage from AI while keeping their judgement, voice and authority firmly in the loop.
SCIENTIST
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
EDUCATOR
I know how people build understanding and capability.
COACH
I know how people change behaviour, make decisions and follow through.
AI BUSINESS PRACTITIONER
I build practical AI around real people, workflows and business context.
AI will continue to become faster. It will generate more. It will take on larger parts of the work.

What can AI do?

There is work you should no longer be carrying.
Knowledge the business should no longer depend on you remembering.
Decisions you should no longer need to remake.
And places where AI could give you genuine leverage without removing you from the lead.
The first step is finding them.
AI LEVERAGE CALL
A focused conversation to identify where your greatest operational load is sitting, where AI could genuinely help, and what should remain firmly human-led.

There is likely work you should no longer be carrying. Decisions you should not need to remake. And workflows that could become significantly cleaner with the right combination of human judgment and intelligent leverage.
A focused first conversation to identify where the greatest load is sitting and what could change if it were designed differently.
I’ll only send what’s truly helpful — and never share your details with anyone.
